Very clean and excellent staffs. I needed some help with printing and photocopy and the reception desk staffs did it within a few minutes. The cleaning staffs were excellent as well. Nice breakfast!

We liked everything: size of the room, helpful staff(thank you for the late check-out!!), good breakfast, nearby supermarket, well connected to the city center(only a 15 minute walk to the subway station)- contrary to other comments that you should only stay here if you have to go to the nearby hospital. We actually liked that the hotel was more business oriented, and not in a crowded touristy area, it meant a lot of quietness. Also, the construction sites around the hotel were no trouble at all. I also must add that you cannot beat the value for money, especially taking into account the free Genius room update

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was quite easy to find and reach by bus. From the upper floors it is possible to see far away from the window, so the view is nice (although next to the hotel there was a lot of construction sites) Okay breakfast, nothing special for a hotel though. Nice that jogurts were lactose free and labeled so. Visiting gym and spa on the other elite hotel near is highly recommended, but costs extra. The gym is really a proper gym with many equipments and some free weights. Also many cardio machines, even own room for stretching etc. The spa is also great place to relax and swim a bit. Surprisingly good sauna too. Overall exceptional hotel visit, slept very well.

The hotel is nice with modern facilities. Room was comfortable with suitable area. Bed very clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was rich with a lot of varieties. The hotel is one station away from the Airport.

Great bathroom, nice shower. Hair dryer was broken and promptly got a new one delivered to the room but found ladies underwear in the bag. You need to check the hair dryer bags! Since we had a rental car your parking garage was PERFECT.
