Fantastic with a whole house! All that we needed was there. Not modern but functional and plesant!" Kerstin, guest. Kitten Home is a villa. There are three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a toilet with a bath. In the basement is one more toilet, shower and sauna. There is also a washing machine at Your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kitten home offers instant coffee, sugar, tea. Kitten Home is just as suitable for You alone, as for the bigger group/family. We never make double bookings, so You have the entire Kitten Home for Yourselves. The number of bedrooms available is based on the number of guests. Traveling alone or as a couple, You have access to the main bedroom, which has two beds/double bed, wardrobes and TV. In the second bedroom there is also a double bed/beds and wardrobes. The third room has a wide bed below and a single bed above as well as wardrobe and desk. The large living room is always open. There are two nice sofas, coffee table and TV. Through the living room You can go out onto the furnished balcony and the courtyard with outdoor grill. Both parking and WiFi are free to use. CEE at 16 amps is for all EV-guests.

Warm welcome to Kitten Home in the beautiful and calm area of Fagernäs in Boden. Fagernäs consists of 83% of single-family houses. It is common with villas and multi-family houses built between the 40's and 70's. Kitten Home is located at Hemvägen 9, close to Svartbyträsket. The nearest airport is Luleå Airport, 44 km from the hotel. Both taxis and buses are available. Grocery stores and restaurants There are six grocery stores in Boden, of which ICA Supermarket at Svartbyvägen 2 is the closest, only 2.5 km from Kitten Home. If You want to visit a nice restaurant; there is Restaurant Erikslund on Allégatan 50, opposite the ICA Supermarket. Nature and leisure Fagernäs is a quiet area on the northernmost beach of Svarbyträsket. To get there, just turn right. In Svartbyträsket there are plenty of fish, p. a. pike and bass If You turn left You will reach the "big forest" just two minutes away. There are many popular walking trails, as well as skiing trails in winter.
