Property info

This apartment is small but perfect for golf enthusiasts, as the Kallfors golf course is 1 km from the house. It is an apartment located on top of the garage on the family plot. You have your own entrance from the back of the house. The apartment consists of a large room with a double bed and a day bed with two beds, perfect for a family or for 3-4 friends who want to play a lot of golf or mountain biking, there are nice tracks in the area. There is a fresh fully tiled bathroom and outside it a small kitchenette with microwave, airfryer and an induction hob. A small pool table is available to play. The homeowner has a washing machine you can rent for a fee if you need to do laundry. The homeowner can offer breakfast for a fee. Please call us if you wish to book this on one of the days during your holiday. In the garden there is a pool which is shared with the family. The pool opens up 15/6. There is also a barbecue and outdoor furniture for cozy pool evenings. There is a pond with large carp fish to look at. The house is located at the top of the area and has the forest as a neighbor. In Jerna there are pleasant hiking trails and running tracks. A few kilometers from the house there are nice baths, both in the lake Vällingen; Eklundsnäsbadet and in the Baltic Sea at Farstanäset. There are many excursion destinations in the area, cafés and restaurants. The golf course restaurant is really good. Inside Södertälje is Tom Tit's experiment, fun for both children and adults. Here you can also find Sydpoolen, a popular adventure pool. It is not far to the capital, commuter trains run from Jerna station, which is within walking distance of the house.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
