Looking for accommodation for overnight purposes when you are in Alingsås for work, on a course, visiting an event or visiting friends - come and stay in one of Mittes Rum's 3 rooms! Quiet and central location, 3'd floor, no elevator. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent from us, cost 100kr/ 10 Euro per set. Clean yourself or preorder final cleaning, cost 200 sek/ 20 Euro. Smoke and animal free accommodation. Quick and easy check in / check out. The kitchen in Mittes Room is equipped with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave owen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and cutlery. Cleaning equipment and also ironing board, iron and hairdryer to borrow if needed. Smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit in the shared kitchen for your safety. Fire extinguisher in all three rooms as well.

Mittes Rum is located just 300 m from the shopping area Vimpeln where you find the foodstore Ica MAXI, restautants - Edith's Kök and Sjöö, a pharmacy, ATM, stores selling sportswear, fashion, consumer electronics, hairdresser, gift shop amongs others. 250 m from the accommodation you find the lake Gerdsken [yaerrs-ken] where you can go for a swim or enjoy a nice 5 km trail around or a meal at da Riccardos pizza/catering. Alingsås charming city center with shops, cafes, restaurants, museum, library, cinema Saga etc is just a convenient 10 min walk away. This is where you find the train station with train connections to Gothenburg or to Vårgårda, Herrljunga, Stockholm. Nolhaga park with Nolhaga Slott, play and zoo park and frisbee golf course is nearby and well worth a visit. Brobacka with pot holes from ice age and nice hiking trails is worth a visit as well as Gräfsnäs with a fantastic park and castle ruins, and during the summer you can try a old steam train here. Golf course about 5 km towards Borås. Borås with shopping and zoo about 30 min drive. Gothenburg 50 km. More info and advice about Alingsås, events, walks etc. are available at the accommodation.
