The property is fantastic in terms of the building and the setting. The staff, though, was completely unqualified. We checked in and neither person had a single recommendation for things to do in the area. Wait staff was also unqualified. It was clearly a beautiful physical property, but poorly managed.

Beautiful room. Number 5 was so comfortable I spent too much time reading on the couch instead of exploring the area more. Very good restaurants near by.
