The staff is very pleasant. They are not overbearing, but are very helpful when approached. Their taste in music is excellent. There is no "musak" playing, but obviously something an real person has chosen, as something they like. It is not played loud, but it is very pleasant to have. This isn't some kind of chain or franchise. It feels like a family run hotel, though it might not be. That is just the pleasant feeling you get from the staff. The breakfast is enough for someone looking for a traditional hotel breakfast, someone looking for a light vegetarian breakfast.

Not far from city center at Galma stane (only 3 stations by metro). Price is good also compared to other hotels in the region. Staff are very friendly & was helpful always.

On arrival to the hotel towards the evening of my first day, I was greeted by a polite gentleman who was very friendly even though I barely knew a word in swedish. He explained the process and where my room was. Being a single room it was in the annex which once he had explained where that was it was all good. On entering the annex and finding my room it was exactly what I expected. It was clean, tidy and enough plug sockets to charge my devices. Throughout my two day stay the bed remained comfortable and despite there being many rooms in the annex it was always quiet so I was able to sleep well to continue my walking trip the next day. There was a decent selection of beer in the bar and the staff were always polite and able to answer any questions I asked.

The location is very good, it's 8 min walk to the metro station and then just 4 stops to the Old city station. Neighborhood is calm and beautiful. Bed was clean and comfortable, breakfast filling and tasty. Staff arranged late check in for me with the locker box. Wifi connection is decent

The staff were exceptionally friendly! When we arrived, we felt instantly welcome. They also host music events there on a regular basis. There was a sold-out chamber music concert happening that evening, but we managed to catch the final few minutes when we arrived back from an evening out in Stockholm.
