The historic building was previously a proud part of the Hammarby ship building industry and has now been rebuilt for the 21st century. The building is suitable for everyone with requirements for flexibility, design and location. It is a managed, safe and secure residence. It has been built to the highest possible levels of sustainability and energy efficiency. Residents have access to a range of amenities including lounges, lobby café, fully equipped gym and changing rooms, meeting rooms, a beautiful garden and roof top terrace. Fast wifi and professional grade AV is provided throughout. The residence is designed to be keyless, touchless and paperless.

Fantastic location just 15 minutes away from Stockholm's city center. Close to nature and city life makes the location suitable for any kind of trip to Sweden's capital. Hammarby Sjöstad is one of Stockholm's growing districts, a lively place with restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and with good public connections. Here you are also close to concerts and events at the Ericsson Globe and Tele2 Arena, which is only a 5-minute drive away. If you're after some fresh air, Hammarbybacken, Stockholm's city-center ski slope, is excellent for a day of downhill skiing or running downhill intervals. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations. The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate.
