Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with double showers 1 guest toilet 1 additional bathroom under renovation (usable with double sinks and a toilet, but the shower is unavailable) Located on a quiet street, just a short walk from Lysekil’s town center, where you'll find restaurants and shops. The ICA grocery store is only 150 meters away. 🚨 Some areas of the house are scheduled for restoration (due to past water damage) starting this fall. Until then, we've added fabric coverings to enhance coziness—this does not impact functionality. We prefer to rent to responsible couples and families. 🐾 Pets are not allowed due to allergies. 🧹 Guests are expected to clean before departure.
