Company info

The concept of having our own apartment has always been a hidden desire, which we realized in 2020. We have carefully designed the entire apartment to offer a lot of comfort during your stay. The apartment has been completely renovated with all ceramics and installations also equipped with custom furniture. We focused mainly on couples and families as we offer two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom and kitchen with dining area as well, we didn't forget the evening hours and afford you a big smart tv screen so you can watch a game or just listen to music. :) If our guests need additional help or information, we are available to them all the time during their stay via mobile phone whats up, viber.

In the newly equipped apartment Sinitus we offer you a stay that will take you to a real experience as we are only 300m away from the Svetilnik beach. We are located just a few minutes away from the center where is a wide selection of bars, restaurants etc. where you can enjoy by the sea. We always take time for our guests so we are available to them on any issues. The apartment is 80m2 and is air conditioned so that we offer additional comfort with two separate bedrooms. The apartment is modernly furnished in soothing tones, carefully selected technique and various decors. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, all utensils, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine and all associated equipment. The house is located in the center of Izola and allows you to get to know the local culture, food and experience the true charm of Izola, which is only 300m away from the accommodation. We hope to meet you soon :)

Neighborhood info

Izola is a small fishing town located between Koper and Portorož. It has very beautiful beaches, Svetilnik beach and Simonov zaliv very attractive is Mesečev zaliv or Bele Skale. In the center there is a wide selection of various restaurants, from fish to Italian restaurants , where they offer excellent pizzas. There are bicycle paths that lead from Izola to Seča, and the path is called Parenzana. However, you can easily just enjoy the sound of the sea as there is a large selection of bars that are right by the sea.
