Hiša, v kateri sta dva apartmaja se nahaja v nacionalnem parku Zelenci in je včasih služila kot čuvajnica železnici.Leži tik pod smučiščem v Podkorenu na odlični lokaciji, saj vas od znamenite FIS proge,kjer se vsako leto odvija svetovni pokal v smučanju loči le dobrih 200 m.Neposredno pred hišo je kolesarska pot, 25 m od hiše pa še steza za tek na smučeh.Skozi okna bivše čuvajnice gledate neposredno na smučišče in okoliške, s snegom pokrite vrhove.
Smo mlada družina,ki se rada ukvarja s športomin se rada druži z vrstniki.
V neposredni bližini hiše se nahaja prelep izvir Save dolinke.
