Friendly staff. Large, comfortable room with balcony and great shower. Peaceful location yet only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Ptuj. Good choice of food at the buffet breakfast and dinner. The massages are absolutely excellent!

Excellent hotel and thermal bath. Proper place for a family holiday. The room and wellnes area are all very tidy and clean. They have high quality wellnes service: saunas, massage, facial treatments, manicure etc. We were travelling with a small child, all the facilities are children friendly, large children’s pool is also available. The city itself is a charming little town.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful. The price of accommodation also includes entrance to the aqupark and to the pools in the hotel. It's a pity that the entrance to the aqupark is valid only on the day of arrival. When you come later you don't have a chance to try it.

A good breakfast with plenty of choice. A well staffed hotel, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. Sauna and steam room area was excellent. Evening meal in the hotel restaurant was very good, a wide choice and well cooked. An easy walk from the hotel into the town which is worth exploring.

The surroundings of the accommodation were good, the room was like in the pictures, so it was fine. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was very hard.
