CanadaI liked how attentive and kind the staff are--when I couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down, or how to turn the shower on, the lady cleaning immediately contacted Alexandra at front desk and she was right there. All the staff, from front desk to the ones serving breakfast to a record crowd of marathon runners, were pleasant and cordial and always spoke and asked how my stay was. I liked that the 4 person dorm room had its own shower, toilet, etc.--very convenient. Everything is so clean and well taken care of. It's fun to be there! It's so eco-friendly!
