The apartment is located on the first floor of an old renovated villa. It offers a bedroom with a big double bed, writing desk and a wardrobe, a spacious living and diningroom area with a large kitchen, a balcony with a comfortable set of garden furniture, overlooking the 'Piramida' hill and an illuminated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The apartment is furnished with Dutch furniture which is a part of collection of a furniture store and showroom 'HKoncept' also located in the same villa. The villa also offers a lovely, quiet Café with a large sunny terrace.
Ipavčeva vila is located on 'Tomšičev drevored', a long conker avenue which is connecting Maribor's main train sation with the park. It is located just a step away from the park (cca 100 m) and lies just below the 'Piramida', Maribor's most know hill. It is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, a 5 minute walk away from the city center. It represents a good starting point for a walk or a bike ride since there are numerous paths in the near vicinity.
