Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf auf einem Hügel nahe der slowenischen Mittelmeerküste. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich am Treffpunkt am nahegelegenen Dorfplatz empfangen und zum Haus geleitet, da die Zufahrt recht eng und nur aus einer Richtung möglich ist. Wir haben uns nett mit ihr unterhalten und haben von ihr viele Empfehlungen für Dorf und Umgebung bekommen. Das altehrwürdige Steinhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und hat allen Komfort, den man braucht. Auf der überdachten Terrasse am kleinen Garten konnten wir gut entspannen, egal ob Regen oder Sonnenschein, und bis zu den sehenswerten Orten an der Mittelmeerküste ist es eine gute halbe Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

The property is located in the heart of the old Istrian village of Nova vas nad Dragonjo (also known with the Italian name of Villanova di Pirano). The house is built in traditional local stone and makes you experience the real authentic Istrian home. The interior is decorated carefully, the inner walls show exposed stone with pride. Outside there is a lot of green space, a big terrace and BBQ facilities.
I will be excited to introduce to you my house and offer you recommendations about places of interest, nearby events and restaurants. You will also be able to purchase some pottery, made by myself.
