United States of AmericaFrom booking to check out, everything went extremely easy. As we were arriving past check-in time, we received kind instructions at reception for self-check-in. No problems with late check-in as well. The room is beautiful, and clean, in the wooden style that completes the impression of Bled. Breakfast was delicious and of a wide range. What was most important for us, as we were traveling with a dog, was that there was not a single incident or negative action. The dog was welcomed even during breakfast. The location of the Old House is literally 2-3 minutes from the center of Bled. Finally, and also very important, there are parking spots on the premises.
CroatiaThe receiptionist/front desk girls were very hepluful, both named Ana, I think. They were able to give me a lot of info on where to go and what too see. The location is execllent, you need to look for their sign. They are located 50 yards off the main road up a dirt road on top of a small hill. Their dinner was excellent. I had the best rib eye steak I'v ever eaten. I'm not the kind of guy who goes out and order steaks, ever! Their Slovenian is even better!!! You should make a reservation. The locals packed this place the night we were there, we almost did not get a table. They made room for us. Our room had an awesome view and patio.
