Sasa is a great host and she takes those who visit on tours around the city (she is a licensed tour guide) as a welcome to the area. She puts a lot of pride into her apartment and you get a fully stocked fridge upon your arrival. She answered questions immediately and before we even arrived. She gave good tips for Slovenia. The apartment was very cosy with a great location. One of the best experiences we have had on booking.com

The apartment is rather new, very clean and is perfectly located (already in the pedestrian area) for visiting the city centre of Ljubljana on foot. The apartment offers three bedrooms with three bathrooms and is very good equipped with everything you need. Sasa is a perfect host, very kind and attentive/responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Rohrmann apartments to anybody who wants to visit Ljubljana with family or a little group of friends. Thanks again for the great stay, Sasa!

    For relaxed stay we provide complementary food so that our guests don’t need to think on how to stock for breakfasts. Including-cold cuts, cheese, eggs, yogurts, 3 sorts of cereals, tomatoes, toast, jam, butter, honey, coffee, tea, milk, cocoa.

  • 1)Are taxis allowed to drop off passengers with luggage to the apartment or we would have to carry the bags to the apartment building?
    The house is in the pedestrian zone and a drop off point, a bus stop, is only 50m away. The nearest parking is 70m away, where you can park the car and bring the luggage in the house. I wait for my guests and help them with the luggage if needed.

My name is Saša and I am the owner of Apartments Rohrmann. My job is to take care of the comfort of my guests, which I do with enthusiasm. I am also an experienced licensed tourist guide and I take the guests staying in my apartments on day trips in Slovenia. The excursion programs are always unique and are agreed with the guests according to their interests, expectations and physical abilities. Many of my guests are also descendants of Slovenians who emigrated from Slovenia many years ago, and we usually visit with them the places they came from. Sometimes we also meet their relatives whom they did not know until then.

Property info

Two very beautiful and spacious newly renovated apartments in a former merchant family home are situated in the heart of old Ljubljana town. Each apartment has a layout of 140m2 and has THREE BEDROOMS AND THREE BATHROOMS. All rooms are air-conditioned. The house is in a pedestrian zone around the corner from the Dragon Bridge on the Ljubljanica river. The house features two spacious apartments each occupying the entire floor - Ivan (The Three-bedroom apartment) and Milena (The Superior apartment). Both can accommodate 6-8 people. The Three-bedroom apartment (Ivan) is on the first floor. It is very pleasantly furnished to feel homey. The Superior apartment (Milena) is on the second floor and has a breath taking view of the main city landmarks; the Ljubljana Castle, Cathedral and Ljubljanica river. Both apartments are also suitable for business travelers who come in a group of three, because each guest can have a private bedroom and a private bathroom. We provide food for breakfast, which we store in the apartment before the arrival of our guests, and they prepare their own breakfast.

Neighborhood info

Rohrmann Apartmens house is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The nearest parking is only 50 meters away. All the sights of the city are within walking distance: the Old Castle, the Dragon Bridge, the Three Bridges, the Central Market, Prešeren Square and many others. Around the house there are many restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city and watch the life. When you leave the house, you can take a relaxing walk along the riverbank and through the streets of the old town. Fresh vegetables and fruits can be bought from the farmers' stalls in the central market right by the river.
