The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace. The whole property is available. The cottage is rented whole. You will have privacy and peace just with me for yourself and your friends After 22:00, it is necessary to observe a night's rest. It is not allowed to disturb neighbors and beasts with loud music at night.
Looking forward to your visit. You will definitely love our region. The cottage can be reached comfortably in summer. Chains in winter if the road is untreated. By public transport to Bratislava the train, bus. Bus Bratislava - Pezinok - Zochova chata, Zochova Chata still up the road. The first to the left, at the Y junction on the right, on the right side you will pass the old cemetery, behind the cemetery the first asphalt road on the left (table LOCATION H). The cottage is the first cottage on the left within 20m of the road. There's your goal. The cottage is located near Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary, in the heart of the Little Carpathians near the wellness hotel Zachova chata. Near the town of Modra, within 30km from Bratislava, Trnava, near the kitchen, Senec. Due to the advantageous location the possibility of one-day tourism from "Trstín to Mariánek". Possibility of skiing, cycling or in summer natural swimming in the vicinity of Zochova Chata. Possibility to visit swimming pool in purpose-built facility Častá-Papiernička. Wide possibilities for walking and cycling tours in the area. Visits to adjacent wine regions and other region attractions: ELESKO wine park Red Stone Castle Budmerice village Observatory and nearby observation tower Swimming Castle Ostrý kameň Castle In addition to active relaxation, you can also relax in the wine cellars of the Small Carpathian Wine Route or visit the Ľudovít Štúr Museum in the nearby town of Modra.
