House is a renovated recently, it has a garden with a space for barbecue and a fireplace with outdoor sitting. The parking in the garden has 2 places. House has 3 bedrooms. There is fully equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms, one has a bath and a washing machine and clothes hanger. (tax 0.60eur is already included in price)
House is located in the center of the Letanovce. This village is in the middle of the National park Slovak Paradise, with a great accessibility to hiking routes (Suchá Bela, Prielom Hornádu and many others) only half an hour from High Tatras mountains. There are thermal spa only 15 km from the place. Cycling routes are connected to Letanovce and have beautiful landscapes, they are part of Spišská cyklomagistrála, 171 km long cycling road. In the winter there are numerous ski resorts near by as well as cross country skiing options. There are also historical monuments in the area (Spiš castle, Levoča, Klaštorisko) In the village there is supermarket and local bars, there are also a variety of restaurants in area with delivery options.
