EVERYTHING!! Beds are super comfy. It's really quiet and the view.. omg, the view is excellent! The apt is required with everything one need. If not Edgar is just a phone call or message away.

Uitzicht vanaf balkon. We hadden zeer goed contact met Edgar. Samen naar mooie baai om te zwemmen en op stap geweest. Weg naar boven. Niet schrikken de eerste keer. Is behoorlijk stijl met paar scherpe bochten. Goede Wifi en Formule 1 van Monza op TV kunnen zien. Prima bedden en goed geslapen.

Het uitzicht is formidabel, Beter zicht kan je volgens mij niet vinden.Je moet wel een goede wagen hebben om het huis te bereiken via een zeer steile weg met scherpe bochten. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Goede restaurants zijn dichtbij te vinden. Ook goede wifi gratis ter beschikking.

This unique private two bedroom/ two bathroom condo has a private balcony with stunning bay views. It is located in a quiet and private residential area. It takes only a 5 min drive to reach Philipsburg, cruise ship terminal and Great Bay Beach. Easy access to supermarket, gas station, shops and restaurants. Only 20 min drive to the world famous Orient Beach and Le Galion - the surfer paradise.
I have lived in Sint Maarten for over 22 years and enjoy the simplicity of the island life. I am passionate about what I do and like to share all my experience and knowledge about this little piece of paradise that I call home. I will be happy to answer all your questions and assist all your needs.
The apartment is located in Monte Vista Hill at a prime quite residential neighborhood near bustling Philipsburg and Great Bay Beach and easy access to Le Galion and Orient Beach on the French side. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. It has easy access to Le Galion and Orient Beach on the French side.
