I booked the deluxe room and it was exactly like in the pictures. It has a fridge, AC and a smart TV where you can watch your Netflix series. The internet connection is good. There is nobody at the reception at night so make sure you take the keys with you. If you push the door a little bit more firmly, it would open, though. There is somebody (employee) sleeping on the ground floor so you can wake them up if you really need something. You can find anything you might need within 2 minutes walk from the hotel: restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, motorbike rentals, taxis, convenience store etc. The main night life (Henry's Africa, Ark bar etc.) is about 15 minutes walk but you can always catch a tuc tuc. Travelling around the island can be quite expensive by Thai standards as there is no public transport. Hence the flourishing motorbike rental businesses. A tuc tuc ride to Lamai (6-7 km) is 400 bht while the small motorbike rent is 200 bht per 24 hours

Great value! Amazing budget hotel. Room was exactly as pictured. We stayed in the queen room facing the street. if you’re a really light sleeper, there is some noise from the road however it was not a dealbreaker. the noise isn’t really that bad and not enough to deter anyone from staying here. AC is super strong! hot water works well. room was clean and spacious. plenty of space to put your things. hangers to hang clothes. bed was comfy. owner is really nice. the room itself is very clean. mini fridge works well. our room also had the small kitchenette outside on the balcony which can be very useful. has kettle, stovetop and basic dishes. drying rack also on balcony. location is excellent. walking distance from main strip with all the restaurants and beach. highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and my room was really clean. You have to take your shoes off when entering so the floors were always clean. A really good host runs this place. My husband had to go to the hospital and she took him within minutes for a very small fee (cheaper than grab). The bed was very comfortable. Our balcony had an outdoor kitchen with an electric range, dishes, sink, table and chairs. This place is perfect for long term stays. It has everything you need. The beach is just 5-10 minutes walking. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants and in a quiet area. I saw that they had laundry service but we didn’t use it. There was also breakfast options but we ate at a restaurant nearby so can’t comment on the food. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Koh Samui again.
