Very fair price for large studio with balcony overlooking Pattaya and the Gulf of Thailand. Location, location, location. Right next to Central Festival Hall a HUGE modern mall. Across the street from Pattaya Night Market, full of great deals on electronics, clothes, almost anything you would need or want. Tons of eating options all around. Nice big pool for cooling off.

Nice condo rental with great service from condo management. The room was spacious, modern and clean with a fantastic balcony view of Pattaya town and the ocean beach. Great for sunset viewing and sunrise. The pool was Olympic quality and size. Easy to swim for fun and exercise laps. Footsteps away from busy shopping, dining and nightlife. Maybe five minute walk to the beach.

Given the price, the location, the views, the daily mad service (many condos do not have this) there wasn’t anything I did not like.

It was very close to almost everything. Without to much noise from the bars. We liked that it was a big room with loads of free space. And cleaning crew was very helpful, they were even okay with coming back later in the day if you slept in a bit. Big plus for us

The hotel located in a very big building, mixed with other business shops, feels not very safe.
The location is good ,very close to beach and shopping mall. The apartment has very big balcony with sea view.

The only thing that this property lacked was breakfast. But that is not a big problem as there are many restaurants available nearby. otherwise it is the best option for staying near beach. Must recommend.

I had requested to be on a high floor when I made my booking, but was given a room on a middle floor. However, overall I was happy and would definitely stay here again.
The people who managed the apartment were very friendly. The room was large and cleaned to a high standard. There was a big balcony and a decent view of the sea. The pool was really large. Checking in and out was easy. My tv was not working properly and it was fixed very quickly when I asked. Also, the location was excellent.
