Guests made a reservation under free cancelation policy would require payment in full amount at the time of arrival.
Guests made a reservation under non refundable policy would require the full amount to be prepaid in advance. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our property and services, please note that renovations are currently ongoing in the guest rooms of the Scenery Wing on Floors 18 to 20, from 15 May 2025 to 31 August 2025 and Floors 12 to 17, from Now to 07 December 2025 (During time 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.)
