Beautiful scenery, large space for walking and just sitting. The best breakfast I have ever had at a "breakfast included " booking in Thailand. Charming owner, nothing was too much trouble for her.

A small enclave of bungalows in, quiet, private, park-like location with ponds, a stream and an awesome view of Chiang Dao mountain over acres of farmland. Some of the bungalows have decks overlooking a large pond. Several vistas with hammocks are scattered around the property. The owners are amazing cooks and wonderful hosts. They are so warm and gracious and speak very good English as well. A Generous breakfast is provided in a gorgeous outdoor setting. Unlimited free drinking water hot and cold, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7. Our unit was spotless and the A/C and WiFi worked flawlessly.

Everything. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. This place is beautiful and the hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. There are great views of Chiang Dao and surrounding mountains, greenery everywhere, a pond, and you can see so many stars at night. It's very close to Chiang Dao cave, hot springs, temples, etc. Dinner and breakfast were cooked by the hosts and everything was delicious. There is also coffee, tea, water, sodas, and fresh fruit available at all times for snacking. They have 4 cats and two adorable puppies on the property as well. The rooms are basic but nice. The blanket and pillows were very comfortable, the AC ran well and there is plenty of hot water. Since this is surrounded by nature, be prepared for a few ants and maybe even a gecko in your room. Don't let a few ants dissuade you from staying here. This is hands down our best hotel experience in Thailand.

It was quiet, secluded and peaceful, and had a 'rural' feel to it. Overall, there was absolutely nothing to complain about leading me to position it between satisfactory and good in almost every respect. To help put it in perspective we had a car and stayed only for one night. I left my trainers behind and the staff very kindly posted them to a hotel we were returning to in Chiang Mai.

We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. They have the best homemade jam I have ever had. The hosts were very accommodating. We had to leave at 6 in the morning and the host woke up and made us breakfast for the road. It's one of the best locations to get out of town, but still be close enough to do activities around Chaing Mai. All the activities around Chaing Dao are close to this location. There is good food around this location. This has been one of the most relaxing and adventurous holidays we have had in Thailand.

Absolutely beautiful territory with a small houses between fruit trees. Quiet at night. Very friendly owner that give you a helpful advice about local attractions. Good tasty breakfast served at a terrace with a view to a tree garden.
