The staff, primarily. Dusit has a well deserved reputation for excellence, and my visit (2nd) only reinforced that reputation. Most pleasing was seeing the sports staff member playing with a child (about 10). He clearly enjoyed interaction with the child and made the stay fun for the kid. So many places will choose "professional detachment" over genuine friendliness. It was nice to see that sort if kindness. Facilities were impressive, but that's just a matter of spending money. Choosing staff that enjoy their work - that's true management skill, and great staff.

JerseyThe location of Duist Thani Pattaya is good, near T21 mall, get everything easy, but quiet to stay ! There are 2 swimming pools in different style, it is good for relax !
