2 bedrooms: king size beds (200x190) and 2 air conditioners, bed linen 100% cotton Bathroom: with hot water Living room: Big smart TV 65" free Netflix, safe, mobile fan. Kitchen: fully equipped: large fridge freezer, oven to bake, microwave, hot water cooker, toaster, gas hob with 2 rings, saucepans, pans, saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Every day there is 10 liters of cold drinking water for free Covered terrace with enough seating and table space. WiFi: Separate WiFi entrance – very fast! Garden: with a rotating, up and down charcoal grill - next to it a covered Thai-wood style cottage with a fan. Garden is maintained daily. Cleaning: linen and towel change included (every 4 days), as well as the villa cleaning every 2nd day. Water is free and electricity 10THB/KW Parking spaces: directly in front of/next to the house. Here you live completely privately in a stylishly furnished 80-90 sqm villa. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the popular elephant camp and the lively beach town of Kai Bae with its numerous restaurants, bars and leisure activities. From the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the rainforest of the national park. The villa and the new swimming pool, which can be shared, are located at the end of a quiet side street.
