I have booked a deluxe room , they have changed my room to one having balcony , the stuff is helpful and hospitable. The lady in front disk is nice , she helped me a lot ,will include her picture down .She is doing great job helping guests . For covid-19 ,this hotel takes special measures ,they take your temperature every time you enter the hotel ,also you should wear a mask In front of the hotel there is a massage place a 7 eleven market , they are professional.

The best cleaning of any hotel I've experienced in hundreds of stays. They fitted in with our movements perfectly. Ann on reception was so very kind and helpful, and organised a birthday cake for our son on his fourth birthday. Great value, too, with a superb breakfast selection. The staff at breakfast were always very kind to our young son. This is a great choice hotel for families, couples and solo guests. Highly recommended.

Awesome for kids! Hard Rock Pattaya has fun activities at the pool all day long, Stand Up Paddleboard, Rock Climbing, Pool Obstacles, etc. The rooms are comfortable, and it's just across the road from the beach, with great sea views from the rooms and Hard Rock Cafe. The 'band members' are fantastic and entertain the kids and make you feel extremely welcome. Special shout out to Joe (with the long hair) at Hard Rock Cafe, thanks so much.

  • Is it a guest friendly hotel ? Girl friends are allowed in dis hotel ?
    Kindly informed that normally our hotel also charges for a non-registered guest at THB 1,500 net/time/person. However, if guest booked his/her reservation under double occupancy rate, but staying as a single use during stay. The hotel honorably waive charge 01 joiner fee but ID CARD or Passport must be dropped at front desk for the security purpose. Please note visitor age must be 20 years old and above only.

    Breakfast is included just only for 2 adults only per 1 room. For child 04-12 years old - breakfast is an additional charge at THB 175 net per person, you can add child breakfast during arrival with receptionist.
