-Please note that some room types; Classic room and Junior Suite Pool View are located at the Garden Wing, which can be conveniently accessed via a pedestrian bridge across the road.
-All guests staying at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort will receive a complimentary unlimited access to Vana Nava Water Park.
-Guests are required to present a valid ID card, passport and credit card upon check-in.
-Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
-A damage deposit of THB 3,000 per night is required and will be collected by credit card on arrival. The guaranteed deposit amount should be reimbursed within 14 business days of check-out date. The guaranteed deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
-For a seamless arrival experience, please inform InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, an IHG Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests field when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
