We nearly always stay at the J Inspired Hotel as it's an excellent location and close to the Terminal 21 Mall, which is superb for dining. On this occasion family friends joined us and our child and there two children loved the pool. As always, the room was supremely clean and the breakfast excellent.

I had some pressing urgent business to attend to and the hotel reception staff were very efficient and helpful. We visited over the Christmas period and we loved how the staff were all dressed in their Santa outfits and Christmas carols playing in the background - great!

This is our hotel of choice whenever we visit Pattaya as it never disappoints. It's in a great location, near Terminal 21 and the main Pattaya city beach is easily reached by a short car trip or taxi. There is a constantly here that I like - friendly, polite staff, spotlessly clean and the breakfast is always excellent. My son loves the pools, both of which have a safe, shallow paddling pools.

We've stayed here on a number of occasions as it's an excellent hotel in a great location. The room was as per usual spotlessly clean, as too are all areas of this hotel. On this occasion our five year old son used the children play area which was great and we always enjoy the child friendly pools too. It's also within walking distance of Terminal 21, which is where we nearly always go for our evening meal.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location and amazing helpful staff. We stayed over two weeks because we loved it so much. The cleaning staff kept our room immaculate everyday and left little treats every few days. Such a lovely touch, can’t recommend this hotel enough!
