I loved the location and that it had a sister hotel that had wonderful amenities that we were able to use, the hotel was a little older, but staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay there again- good value, but not fancy

The location is farther away from Phuket Town, some people might like that. But, the surrounding area is more peaceful, cleaner, and overall had more character than Phuket Town and the touristy beach areas, which just seemed like a typical beach town. At night, street vendors of both food and souvenirs set up on the road right outside the hotel. The area has a ton of character. We were here for my Birthday and my fiancee told the front desk. They went above and beyond making the day special delivering a cake to our room and decorating our bed with fresh flowers and an towel- elephant. It was an amazing experience!!!

Location was a a 30-min drive from Patong Beach which ensured that the crowds were less. The hotel was very good, the sea view across from the room was fantastic and the staff was very polite and helpful. The travel desk guy arranged outings to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and Phi Phi Islands at very competitive prices. Breakfast was very good and two swimming pools (one on roof top) made it very attractive for family. We had access to private beach of sister hotel which was very nice

The room was gorgeous complete with separate front room, bed room, balcony and kitchenette. On the balcony we made daily use of the washer. Clothes dried in the April heat in a few hours. Café Kantary is great as always!! (I've stayed in Kantary Ayutthaya before too) Breakfast is always fulfilling and tasty

My room was large and spacious. I loved the little kitchen, electric kettle, microwave and fridge. I loved the bathroom with tub as well. The breakfast spread was really varied. At night on the street outside, vendors set up for some street food experience. I loved going to the sister hotel Cape Panwa about 5 minutes away. You can walk there or take the shuttle. You can use their beach, lounges, fitness room and other facilities. I highly recommend this hotel.
