We spent a couple of days with a baby there and we were pleased with everything - staff, location, facilities, services etc. Definitely recommended the place and we will come back if we visit Phuket again

I loved the pool access rooms. Very relaxing and private feeling yet the opportunity to socialize with neighbors if you like. Clean. Daily breakfast was really good! Staff was always available and super helpful. The onsite massages were only a small fraction more than you pay on the beach. Great spa!

Firstly I would like to say that all of the staff members were great very polite and professional,they would go out of their way for any requests,getting scooters,food, activities to find you the best deal they could . Overall the whole resort was very relaxing and had a great atmosphere. The pool access villa was absolutely awesome the pool was very refreshing and easy to get in and out 8 /10 The room was 10/10 for cleanliness and the room facilities and air-con were perfect. The main pool and spa area was fantastic it was spacious with plenty of chairs and shade . Although we didn't use gym it looked well equipped for most workouts . We only ate breakfast once and it was good . The location is good with food fresh local food only minutes away. The beach was only 15 minutes walk away and it was a very easy and interesting walk . 7/11 only ten minutes walk also Overall location was very convenient. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The Blu Pine Villas was a great place to stay for the Kata portion of our trip. Handy to the beach (approx 10.min walk) or get the free shuttle. A great Thai food restaurant across the road - Chai Thai has many good well priced food options. A 7/11 within walking distance . The pool access rooms and room service food definitely added to the experience for us. Staff are always very friendly and happy to help you out.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the time of our departure, we were captivated by the incredible service provided by one of the hotel’s employees, named Aoh. Aoh was extremely kind and supportive, always greeting us with warm smiles and helping us with all out requests. His attentiveness made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The 5 stars go to him! The hotel compound is very nice. The whole Pine concept is sweet and kind of mixed interestingly with my childhood memories of Russia and the amazing Thailand. The pool excess in my room was beautiful and clean. Good and bother-free opportunity to chill in the mid-day heat. The room was, for a lone traveler, huge. All the staff including the great housekeeping staff are super helpful and professional. There is an option to rent a scooter in the hotel for a fee which is acceptable and a bit below the normal fee for such a scooter via independent companies that are abundant nearby. The location is very chill. There are some small hotels around, some houses of local residents of Phuket. Nice relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the breakfast which includes both Thai food and western food. There are several restaurants nearby (Italian, Thai, Indian - the last of this I have visited and enjoyed very much).

Breakfasts was delicious everyday. The restaurant has lots of options of fruits, meat, chicken, rices and more. Every worker at the hotel were super friendly. We loved the direct access to the pool.
