the room size, design,food, swimming pools were all great. everything is brand new and good service everywhere

This is heaven on earth, absolutely stunning hotel, everything was perfect! beach and swimming pool are amazing, the whole hotel area is beautiful, great kids room, tasty breakfasts (both a la carte and buffet), the stuff was very nice and friendly, the room was huge and very well designed. every day the hotel staff brought some tiny sweet surprises with a note and it was so cute! the restaurant (Fish) was pricy but their Tuna Tartar was the best we’ve ever ate. Really , that was the best hotel in Thailand by far! btw there is a massage place called Anna’s, the closest to the hotel, and she was really the best we experienced. other massages on the street were pretty bad.

This is a new hotel in Samui. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped. we loved our stay. Our room had direct access to the beach, towards the end of the hotel (802) and it felt very private. some other similar rooms a bit more exposed. in the area you have some restaurants and bars but they don’t get busy or lively. quieter side and looked family friendly (there were a lot of families with kids). location: About 15 m drive to fisherman village, 15 m to the chaweng beach if you are looking for noise during one of your evenings:)

Everything. But most of all the whole design, attentive staff, wonderful breakfast and overall service. Everything was maintained very well. It was exceptional. Please keep doing what you do! The mobile ordering concept was great. The guest can order amenities, services and food (room service as well as in any of the hotel restaurants) through their mobile device. It’s optional, ording in person is possible as well. It made everything so much more convenient.
