Our Villa is located in a quiet and secure gated community, just five minutes away from three stunning beaches and excellent dining options. Built in 2022, it is the perfect place to stay for those looking to explore Hua Hin's local markets, beach cafes, and hidden food havens. The Villa is ideally situated for those with a scooter or car and a sense of adventure. Our Villa manager, Jen, can provide information on the fantastic food tour and help arrange it with advanced notice. The Villa has a well-equipped western kitchen for those who prefer to cook. If you want to relax, our Villa is the perfect out-of-town escape. You can float around our saltwater infinity pool surrounded by lush tropical plants and flowers or treat yourself to a poolside massage and mani/pedis, arranged upon request at an extra cost. If you need to work, we have strong WiFi, which is perfect for remote working. If you are travelling with kids, we can arrange pool toys and a baby cot. We're also happy to help arrange babysitting service with a highly qualified CPR-certified babysitter for parents looking for a quiet dinner escape. Please let us know in advance, and additional fees apply. Apart from the nearby beaches, our Villa is located near walking and cycling trails and a wonderful mangrove kayaking tour in Pranburi Forest Park. Jen can provide you with any information you may need. For those staying with us for longer than seven days, we offer weekly villa cleaning, including changing bedding and towels. More frequent housekeeping services can be arranged with advance notice at an additional cost. For our international travellers, we can help arrange airport pick-up and drop-off and car rental service. However, all costs and liabilities are the guests' responsibility. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
ABOUT US: We are a family of 3 generations, expatriated in Asia since 2003. Kluai Mai is our holiday home that we open for others to enjoy while we are not staying there, filling it with memories. As a family of avid travellers, we are passionate about delivering you the best holiday while staying with us in Hua Hin, giving you a true 5-star experience that we expect when we travel. Growing up living/working in Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Thailand, we love to discover new cultures. We understand the importance of feeling at home when you are in faraway countries. We take pride in ensuring your experience with us leaves you wanting to return year after year. My husband and I live off-site close by, so we like to be there to say hello when you check-in depending on the time. We often come to the neighbourhood, so please let us know if you need anything from us. That said, we aim to make your stay as self-sufficient and private as possible by providing a house manual as well as can provide a self check-in anytime after 3 pm if requested. *** We always prefer longer stays and automatically set up special discounts based on that. ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: Located in one of the most upscale and elegant projects in Hua Hin, our villa offers access to world-class beaches, kite surfing, caves (Khao Sam Roi Yot), local markets, fabulous restaurants, nature parks, and lakes, all just a stone's throw away. Nestled between two mountains in the Khao Tao area of Hua Hin, the villa boasts beautiful 360-degree green views and a constant ocean breeze. The neighbourhood is situated right beside Pranburi Forest Park, and it's not uncommon to spot wild animals such as peacocks, monkeys, mountain goats, and deer around or even on the property! Khao Tao is a charming village that boasts beautiful beaches where you can enjoy activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and kite surfing. There are also temples and parks to visit. You can find beach bars with live music and soak in the spectacular views of the ocean. In addition, there are a variety of local and ethnic restaurants close to the Villa, which can be reached within a short drive. In other words, everything you need is within easy reach of the Villa. Additionally, the neighbourhood has 24-hour security guards on duty to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
