Luboa Hut A self-contained Tiny House on a tropical island. The small, beautifully decorated guest house - in the style typical of the country - is ideal for two people looking for peace and quiet. It's situated on the shady grounds of the Luboa Cafe - well-known on the island. It's the only house, so you haven't any neighbors, just surrounded by trees and plants... The cafe owners are the hosts. So the next cappuccino, ice latte, or cheesecake is right on the doorstep, but with enough distance for privacy. The covered outdoor terrace and the beautiful garden invite you to linger in nature. Furnishing: - 6# king-size bed - Linen (change once a week) - Fridge, kettle, sink - Bathroom with hot water shower - Fan - Covered outdoor terrace Included: - Electricity - Water - Final cleaning What is NOT offered by the hosts: - Meals - Extra bed (not allowed) - Room service - Cleaning service - Laundry service (washing machines nearby) - Motorbike/pushbike rental (but can be arranged) - Air con - TV - WiFi
Hello :-) We are the owner of the "Luboa-Café". A well-known spot o Koh Jum. In our garden, we offer a tiny house for people who want to take care of themselves... no room service, no cleaning service, no nothing :-) just you surrounded by plants, trees (and animals), but with a unique coffee shop next door. The property is fenced so that single travellers can feel safe! Kids and babies are unfortunately not allowed (for their own safety). Feel free to ask your questions. Long-term rental on request... Both Koh Jum Village (the main village in the south of the island) and Ting Rai Village (middle of the island) are about 2 minutes by scooter/bike. Here you can get everything for your daily needs (mini markets), as well as laundry service, scooter rental etc.. Various beaches can also be reached in about three scooter minutes. There are numerous Thai and Western beach restaurants and street food shops in the area. Thai massages can be enjoyed directly in the beach resorts. Overall, the island of Koh Jum is suitable for people who are not looking for entertainment. There are no karaoke bars, banana boats or beach parties at all. Long walks on the beach, delicious food, the "Koh Pu Mountain" (400m high), kayaking, and "local life" are waiting for you.
