Part of luxury development KA Villas, Villa Mika's location is exceptional, just 200m from scenic Rawai beach and its famous seafood market. Designed in modern Thai-Balinese style, the villa is built around a tropical private pool. 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 opening directly on the pool deck. The 4th one is upstairs, with a private balcony. The spacious lounge area is particularly welcoming with its big sofa. It has a complete media centre and the windows open to create a common space. Villa Mika is the largest villa in the Ka Villas residence. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Each bedroom has its own character and full privacy. On the second floor, the 4th bedroom has lovely pool views and a very large terrace where you can enjoy the cool afternoon breeze or doze off below the starry sky of Phuket! Just outside this fully secured residence, you will find countless beach front restaurants and all the necessary shops to spend very enjoyable holidays. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern facilities. There is a covered car park. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.

The Rawai beach is too shallow to swim but it is lined with beach front Thai and seafood restaurants and many lovely shops. The Rawai seafood market has gained international recognition thanks to its vast array of fresh sea produce at unbeatable prices. You buy the seafood from the fishermen, cross the alley and give what you just bought to a restaurant that will cook it on the spot for you, charging a mere 100THB/ kg. The colourful boats parked on the beach are picture perfect! To swim, the Naiharn beach is just a mere 2km away. It is systematically voted as one of the top 10 beaches in Asia and the best in Phuket. From here, you will be able to fully enjoy the natural beauty and attractions (sea and jungle activities) of Southern Phuket.Distance to key points: Airport= 50 minutes, Patong= 20 minutes, Kata and Naiharn beaches= 10 minutes, Promthep Cape= 10 minutes, Chalong Port= 10 minutes.
