Outstanding new Hotel for solo travellers and families. The hotel employees and the owner were absolutely friendly and help in all kind of cases. The location is excellent (1min) from Soi Buakhao, but without any noise from the nightlife. The receptionn is 24 h and you feel safe and welcome. The restaurant on the ground floor is also new and the food is cheap but with a high quality. I will definetely come back and wanna say thank you to all people who work in this property. The street has also a laundry, a small supermarket, a massage parlour, a barber shop, a tattoo shop and some cool awesome bars.

Definitely 10/10. Pattaya is a very noisy, raucous city, especially on Soi Buakhao, about 150 metres away. A bar next door had live music and chatter till 11 pm. When I closed the balcony doors, I could not hear a thing outside. Sound insulation in my unit was amazing. There were lots of nice touches in the unit, such as large sink and roomy counter top, nice solid balcony table and two chairs, a real properly sized fridge, lots of good interior lighting. Much more. Oh, very nice staff too.

The hotel itself was very nice, with friendly staff, good cleanliness and in a perfectly good location. The room was spacious and comfy. It had a large TV and large fridge which is always a bonus for me. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and good value for money. I will return.
