    “10년 넘게 방콕에 살고 있는 한국 주재원 가족인데, 가까운 파타야에 3~5일씩 자주 옵니다. 작년부터는 이곳만 오게 되네요. 우선 위치가 파타야에서 최고 좋아요(주위 한국식당들, 헐리우드클럽, 비치, 코리안타운도 가까움) 그리고 이 빌라 단지 자체가 셀트럴 파타야에서 최고급 단지라서 단지 내 거의 모든 집들이 엄청 이뻐요. 보통 한두가족 5~8명 정도씩 오는데, 집도 풀장도 엄청 크고 고급이라서 가성비 최곱니다. 초강추합니다:)”

Villa la is a Modern thai style private pool villa with 2 stories and 3 bedroom. We located in Central pattaya with few mins to Walking Street, Grand Shopping Mall, Big C and The famous Disco -- Hollywood. Stay with us to have an enjoyable vacation. Villa with private pool Pattaya city center Convenient transportation near Pattaya Beach. Located in the best location From the villa to the beach only takes a few minutes. Close to many tourist attractions, shops and amenities. It is a place to stay that is worth your trip. - High speed Wi-Fi & AIS smart cable TV (including Netflix, Disney+ etc.) - Beautiful interior with higher cost (sofa, cushions, lights, utensil etc.) - Professional cleaning - Seven step No cockroach policy *We try hard to keep high standards for cleaning work before guest check-in "every time" UNLIKE others - Cleaning (room, toilet, living room, kitchen) - Laundries (blanket, sheets, towels, mats) (we wash&dry ALL THE TIME, which is NOT NORMAL) (Re-using blankets, bedsheets, covers? or just changing blanket cover without launundring blanket inside? Never!!!) It actually cost us more than guest pay for cleaning, so we try to keep it worth its every penny *We request guests to submit passport pictures by email before check-in *Deposit may be required -Swimming pool is managed 2~3 times every week. but when it rains or flooded, it sometimes takes 1~2 days to get clear water again:) - An ID card or a passport will be required the check in day or before getting self check in information. -A refundable security deposit 5,000 THB will be collected on the check-in day and will be returned if there is no damage to the villa:) - TM30 support or Invoice is not provided

Neighborhood info

Located at junction of 3rd road, Central Pattaya. Just few walk to 7/11, Hollywood, Amporn Seafood and Big C extra. Parking is available just outside the villa for big group guest. Highly recommend taxi directly from the airport if not familiar with Pattaya. It saves time. Bus can stop at North Pattaya road then call grab app to call taxi to the villa. It is safe, cheap and can pay cash.
