The resort is fabulous! The beds are very comfy. I give top stars for cleanliness and friendliness. The pool is also wonderful! Breakfast was diverse and the coffee great! The Navatara also had a shuttle. We used it for dinner one night, to take us to the point for sunset, and to NaiHarn beach. The driver and the staff all were very friendly and professional.

The room was very spacious with a balcony overseeing the pool. There was a drying rack too, but I advise not to put any bright clothes on it, since the color of the wood might transfer to the clothes. AC was working very well and we were also able to watch Netflix on the TV! The breakfast was a la carte, which was also a plus.

We loved our stay at Navatara. This was our second time in Rawai (we prefer the area) and we had big expectations which were met. The staff was absolutely delightful, we felt so welcome and looked after. Rooms were the right size, highly recommend booking a room with pool access, we used it everyday and it was one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay. Beds were big and so comfortable, was difficult to get out of it. Loved the greenery and how authentic everything felt. Free shuttles to a few close by destinations was a big bonus. All in all - fantastic and unforgettable!

Rawai Beach area is still traditionally Thai and away from the main visitor areas in Phuket This hotel is exceptional and a poolside room is just fabulous All of the hotel staff were exceptional and nothing was too much bother, anything we asked just happened and so friendly The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order
