Had a fantastic view over the sea and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very big, suitable for a couple of a small family. It was clean and a well functioning AC. They had a pool open 24/7 that you could use.The restaurant was of good quality and had a magnificent view of the sea and beach. It was only 3-5 min walking to the beach that felt like almost empty when I was there. The beach is 4km long On the beach, very close to the stairs to the hotel was a restaurant smack on the beach. You literally sat on the beach with chairs in the sand. They offering “homemade “ Thai food and various diff tasty dishes Well worth the visit

Friendly, helpful staff before and during our stay. Our bags were taken to our room on arrival and collected on departure. Small problem with light fixed as soon as we reported it. The room was great, perfect size, effective air conditioning, comfortable bed, water provided daily, good en-suite and shower. Stunning views from our room and the restaurant. Balcony with seating and sink (a clothes airer would have been useful to dry beachwear). Good food selection at restaurant (open 0730 - 1930) at fair price. Direct access to Karon beach from the hotel. Hotel in pick-up zone for most tours in Phuket. Really enjoyed our stay, sorry to leave.

The views from my room and the hotel were magnificent. The beach was amazing and surreal. The gardens and the views from the hill made it feel like paradisiacal. The owner and staff were very welcoming, warm and helpful. The room was good. I loved the balcony but couldn't sit for too long because of the mosquitoes.

The view of the place was better than I expected. The staff were very helpful in getting the taxi to other areas, even for the airport. The restaurant is pretty good, cheap and has multiple options. The access to beach is incredible easy and close, even we did snorkelling.

If I could move in here, I would do it in a heartbeat. The location is basically on the beach with a restaurant that caters for everyone and every taste. The staff and views really made it for me - unbelievable. So welcoming, warm, friendly and adorable. They have washing on site for a small extra charge and you are literally on the door step of the beach. As for the views of the ocean? Worth every step.

Me and my fiancé really liked the place. The view from our room is so beautiful. The staff and the owner were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and you have a lot of options to choose from! My fiancé is a picky eater and we survived not going around much around for places to eat as the hotel’s restaurant had a lot of options. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel also had stairs going down to the beach so you can enjoy going back and forth to the beach anytime although not recommended if you have mobility issues. The pool was also okay and there was dart boards and ping pong tables to entertain you nearby.

Fantastic location and views! Very friendly staff & owners. We had a great time sitting by the pool overlooking the entire bay. It was a short walk down to the beach - though quite some steps. Not a problem if you know this in advance
