Gracious hosts, who with patience answered all of my questions relating to many areas.Pool is immaculate, property beautifully maintained. Pride of ownership is evident.There are many restaurants, 7-11's, Lotus nearby.Location is close to Surin Beach. Being a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe at night.I'll be back next winter.

A great hotel with a clean large swimming pool, located no more than a 10-minute walk to the beach. Spacious clean room; the room had a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, water, a large wardrobe with enough hangers, armchairs and a coffee table. Terrace with furniture. Spacious bathroom. The pressure of hot and cold water is good. Cleaned every day. At the hotel, you can have breakfast if you want, delicious. The only thing is, if a lot of people came at the same time, it will be necessary to wait a little when they cook. The hospitable host can help with calling a taxi from/to the airport. Near the hotel there are several good restaurants, fruit stalls, two supermarkets. There are shops with beachwear.

I don’t know where to begin… we absolutely loved Pen Villa!! Don’t even want to wright this review because we would like to be able to book this place many many times in the future. But I have to review because Winnie & Alfred are wonderful people how did our stay so memorable and pleasant. Beautiful quiet maintained garden with flowers, super clean room and facilities, awesome pool with both sun and shade, great breakfast with the most tasty toast we ever tasted. Great omelette and Tasty coffee! Unbelievable how this gem can be so quiet and nice just couple of steps from main rood! We extended our stay because it was so nice Hope to be back soon 🌷☀️🌴😎

We spent 9 nights in the Pen Villa and enjoyed the time very much! Surin Beach is within easy walking distance and Bang Tao Beach is also not far by motorcycle. The rooms at Pen Villa are very spacious, clean and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and gave us good tips. We would book the Pen Villa again!

Small quiet hotel in a lovely location.. Absolutely spotlessly clean large room and bathroom. Wonderful pool in a beautiful well maintained garden. Winnie and Peter were super friendly. Couldn't fault it.

Pen Villa blew our minds. We chose it as a quiet getaway for couple of nights and were extremely happy with our choice. We got help with our taxi arrangements even before we arrived. Whenever we had a question - it was answered. The property is sparkling clean in every corner. The pool was great, we spent quite some time swimming and sunbathing there. Surin Beach is 10 minutes away, area has several restaurants to choose from and a lot of massage parlours as well. Despite the fact that hotel is next to the lively area - it's super quiet and peaceful. We were sad to leave and would like to come back!

This is a perfect place to stay, near to Surin beach and a short walk to the lovely Bang Tao beach. There are also regular buses to Kamala beach which, if you want, is a bit more lively at only 20 Baht (60p). The pool and gardens at Pen Villa are absolutely beautiful and together with very helpful and friendly hosts. I would highly recommend it.

I rarely write comments like this but I loved our stay to bits. If you are into supporting smaller business, slow life, loving space and nature you will love this place. We are definitely going back. Loved our quiet breakfasts at rhe villa. Missing it now in the busy Bangkok.
