The staff go above and beyond with their hospitality! The facilities were much nicer than the photos show. Beautiful large swimming pool, beautiful decor around the pool, common areas, and in the rooms. Just a 10 min walk from the weekend night market as well as Central mall.

AustraliaStaff was excellent, Ms. Ae and Mr. Hies, are the best! So friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. The balcony rooms are wonderful and off the street for extra privacy and comfort. I love the decor, particularly the showers. The breakfast restaurant has great views of the skyline. Breakfast was simple, but tasty (Either eggs or Thai soup). There is a good cafe next door for strong coffee. It was a quick walk to the weekend market for snacks, shopping, and drinks. The Mall is also a very quick walk away. We did not want to stay in Patong with all the rowdy tourists, so we appreciated the quiet pool and downtown atmosphere. We took short cab rides to the Patong and the Temple for sight-seeing.

CroatiaWalking distance to huge new Shopping Mall. Nice free parking garage. Everything new built and finished 2019. You dont hear Road and Traffic and forget location when inside Hotel, so not a problem with Traffic.
DenmarkVery beautiful hotel with an awesome pool and kids play area. The staff was very helpful. We had something come up and they were able to talk to booking.com and help us change our dates on a non - refundable booking.
United States of AmericaClose to Phuket Central new big shopping Mall. Walking distance 3-4 min. Lots of good food possibilities in center from 1030 - 2200 o clock. Staff very friendly. New built hotel. Nice room and facilities. Pool nice an ok size.
DenmarkLocation is 4 min walk from the big Nice Phuket Central Shopping Mall offering great variety of really good food and shopping possibility. Hotel looks really nice and is a star in sourroundings unfortunately not similar to the nice hotel.
