Perfect location if you need to stay close to airport but $20 taxi ride to Phuket Town. Very comfortable bed in large suite. Owner is English speaker who is very helpful.

I had asked in advance and the property owner helped me a great deal by arranging a private taxi, they were so kind and even carried my luggage for me and had another taxi waiting for me the next morning at the appointed time. Made my transition smooth especially considering the fatigue and jet lag.

The property was the best value for money; a family of five in transit does not easily find accommodation during their transit from and to the airport, and this property perfectly suited our needs. It is located less than 10 minutes away from the airport - by walk , in case one needs to return there for various reasons ; there are convenience stores around it and across the street and there are also street food stalls - for those who'd like to get accustomed with the local flavors right away. The hosts were super-nice and they did their best to accommodate our requests and give us advice for our further travels - we were heading to Phi Phi Island so we got details how to reach the ferry pier; the hosts reserved a minivan for our 50 minutes drive there . All went according to our plans.

The host, a Swiss, is very friendly, respectful and made us feel like at home. There is small kitchenette on 2nd floor, we could use it during our one day stay without any additional cost. It is very close to the beach, 10 mins walk, we spent our evening there watching the sunset. It is also very close to the airport, again 10 mins walk, just take your suitcase and walk down to take those early morning flight. So all those travelers, who already spent few days in Phuket and have early morning connection back home, this is perfect stay for them. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a clean long beach.
