This property is newly renovated and completed in December 2023. Enjoy the property's accessibility to various attractions of Bangkok including Chinatown, Sampeng whole sale market, leather district, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Royal Palace, Icon Siam, Silom, Asiatique and more. Enjoy the spacious living which includes a kitchen with airconditioned dining area, koi pond, and bedrooms that are connected with a bathroom. The eighth floor features a large outdoor patio and an indoor leisure area.
I am available to offer assistance via the platform, telephone call, or other text messaging applications. I maintain an office on the first floor with employees to offer you assistance during office hours as well as a live in housekeeper to assist you during after hours if needed.
Located near the river and the mega mall, Icon Siam, the property provides various modes of transportation for convenience. Tuk tuks are still an integral part of the neighborhood, ferries and express boats are available to cross the river or travel to other parts of Bangkok. Bangkok's leather district and Wong Wian Yai is also just down the street where you still feel like its still local Bangkok. The property offers ample space for parking. Public transportation such as taxi, tuk tuk, skytrain, ferries are easily accessed. Airport transfers and city transfers can be arranged.
