Please note that the property will be undergoing renovation works and upgrading the amenities to provide a better experience for all guests. We will begin the renovation project from 20th May 2024 – 30th November 2024. Works will be carried out daily from 10:00am – 12:00pm and then in the afternoon from 2:00pm – 5:00pm. Important information about your arrival to the hotel.

Upon check-in, Thai guests must present their identification card.

For non-Thai guests the following documentations are required: Original passport, Valid Visa (Tourist, Working Visa etc.) and Immigration Card (TM.6 card).

All guests are asked to provide their credit card which must be under the same name of the booking made.

In the event that the guest is unable to provide the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to request an alternative payment method e.g. cash. Kindly note that the hotel may pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival.
