This larger than average condo situated on a corner plot has stunning sea views from a large 6th floor balcony for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of Mae Phim beach. The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, 1 smaller single room, 2 bathrooms with showers (1 on-suite), a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (electric oven, 4 hobs, microwave, washing machine), large open plan living space with dining table for 6 people, new air conditioning (installed 2019), free Wifi/Netflix and a large private balcony (8sqm) with uninterrupted sea views. This apartment is perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy a cool sea breeze in quiet surroundings. The apartment is in a professionally managed complex with very well kept amenities (swimming pool, gym, BBQ area) for all to enjoy and the ultra convenience of being only 30 seconds from the beautiful 5km Mae Phim Beach which never gets crowded.
Fresh seafood from daily catches a short walk away. Great local steakhouse with cocktails and live music on weekends. Daily boat trips to Samet Island. Banana boat rides from the shore Klaeng oldtown (traditional wooden buildings and market shops) Wat Ratchabanlang Praditthawararam (300 year old Buddhist Temple) a 20min drive away Rayong Sealife Aquarium (Ban Phe town) a 10mins drive way
