Upon your arrival at Bangkok's airport, you will notice that the airport has implemented controls and temperature checks of all the arriving guests as precautionary measure. You can be assured that the comfort, health and safety of our guests and colleagues is of utmost importance for us. We would like to share the following precautionary measures we have in place at present; -Increase disinfection frequency of guestrooms and public areas; -Temperature screenings for all our guests coming into the hotel and all guests are checked each morning when arriving at breakfast at Next2 Cafe; -Enhanced food procurement and handling procedures; -Reinforcing good health habits and hand hygiene for all our colleagues; -Wearing of face masks for those colleagues in the front line; -Wearing of face mass in the public areas is recommended. Based on the increase in demand of face masks, these are no longer readily available from the local retail outlets and we would recommend bringing your own prior to arrival in Bangkok. We will continue to remain vigilant including keeping in close contact with local health authorities on the latest developments. If you booked Krungthep Deluxe Balcony Room rate will be entitle to access Exclusive Lounge which is free daily buffet breakfast for 1 or 2 persons. If you book Krungthep River View Room will be Room only and buffet breakfast charge at One Thousand Baht Net per meal per person.   • Do you have a SHA package, with pick up at airport and test included? We arrive on 17th December for 1 night. We would like a river view as we lived at "The River Condo" opposite Shangri-la and was a frequent visitor to your hoyel

  • If I will prefer to book in the Horizon Club Twin (Sleeps-2), is it possible to accompany a 12yr old guest as well? Are the whole packages still applies?

For Horizon Club Room if child sharing same room might be not comfortable because of space but if you don’t mind it’s OK. However, we suggest you to stay at Executive Suite or Executive River View Suite, for three persons will more comfortable. And third person sharing in suite will be free of charge.   • I noticed Shangri-La is participating in the alternative state quarantine program for some rroms only. What measures are taken to make sure there is no mixing between quarantined guests and others?

    Kindly be informed you that for ASQ program's guests are located on different wing/building with normal's bookings so, there is no mixing between quarantined guests and others.
