I would rate it ***** + ** :D 1) Location is just SUPERB and very close to main market area. 2) Finding a cab or tuktuk takes just 1 mins. Best is to use BOLT app. 3) Property is mind blowing and rooms are extremely cozy and well maintained. 4) Housekeeping staff is wonderful. They got a huge teddy bear and my kids loved it :D 5) Breakfast was tremendeous with large variety and top quality. As well, just loved the traditional breakfast hall :D 6) Although we spent only 15mins in pool due to tight schedule, but its was good and has some slides which kids loved.

The fine print
Full pre-payment of room and related charges is required at point of booking for stays between 22 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. This payment will not be refunded for cancelations or shortened stays, and not transferrable to alternate stay dates or for another guest, nor exchangeable for any form of hotel credit.
All guests staying at the hotel on the night of 31 Dec 2023 will be charged on a mandatory basis with a gala dinner supplement of THB 9,900 per adult and/or THB 4,950 per child (3–11 years old). The guest is required to pay an additional gala dinner fee when check in.
