Great value for honestly the best beach I’ve seen on Koh Jum. Bungalows are sparse but clean.

We received a warm welcome from staff who were very friendly. The location is brilliant, right on the very quiet, clean beach. The grounds are lovely, very well kept and tidy. It's walking distance to some bars further along the beach and a couple of restaurants inland. There is a restaurant on site which is great as they can do breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was always delicious and not overpriced. The menu was quite extensive as well. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfy and had a brand new mosquito net. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We stayed in a fan only room but it was more than sufficient as the sea breeze was wonderful at night. There was a cold shower only but I actually love that and in the heat do you even need hot water?! We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing stay and were sad we didn't have the time to stay longer. We would definitely stay again.

I loved it here. Wonderful seaview. Wonderful rooms for the price and close to a quiet beach a few restaurants and some reggaebars. My stay was so healing here that I went back a couple of days later (had only booked 3 nights and after that it was fullt booked)and got a more luxurious room with hot water and AC. My first bungalow was higher up on the hill with a fan and cold water. But I believe it was so hot in Thailand for me that you do not really need hot water all the time. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony overlooking the stars and the moon in the evening. I also love the sounds of crickets in the early evening. As some people stated some lizards can show up but the are just so cute. I actually though the first one I saw was a fake one because the hardly move.

Our second time here and it didn't disappoint at all. Perfect location right on the beach. Simple bungalow but clean and comfy with all you need. Lovely attentive friendly people look after you and they serve really good food. It's great value for money too. We will be back. Thank you.

We loved it! Cozy little cottages directly on the beach. Simple but very clean. Beautiful property with a great "vibe". Sunbeds, chairs etc on the beach. Nice little restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful!!
