Ideally located on Baan Tai Beach and surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Sunshine Residence provides accommodation with tasteful artisanal decor. It provides free WiFi and free parking for motorbikes and bicycles. Each villa has a unique layout and includes air-conditioning, a large open plan living space, private modern bathroom, private terrace, fully equipped kitchen and a flat screen TV. One of the villas has its own Jacuzzi with sea views and another villa boasts its own private swimming pool. Sunshine Residence is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently close to many local and Western restaurants, supermarkets, activities and the town center. The property is a 10-minute drive from Thong Sala Pier and a 5-minute drive to the Half Moon Party area. It takes around a 20-minute drive to reach the Full Moon Party.

The fine printNeed-to-know information for guests at this property
Sunshine Residence provides free one-way transfer service from Thongsala Pier to the resort for guests staying 7 nights or more. The service is also available with an additional charge to all guests (staying less than 7 nights). To make use of this service, guests are required to notify the resort manager in advance with arrival details.
Please note that guests must provide their travel details (boat company and estimated arrival time) to the property at least 24-hours in advanced to arrange the check-in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sunshine Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of THB 6,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
