Perfect facilities for athletes to train, particularly swimmers, with amazing support from nutritionists, coaches, and therapists. A relaxed ambience that provides for effective recovery intervals, and very healthy food options. Great variety of free classes available for non-athletes too.
ChinaWe went to exercise and loved the variety and clean food. Food was not particularly cheap but was worth paying a bit more.

ThailandThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Every request I had was met with a smile and the staff greeted me warmly every day. My room was maintained very well while I was at the resort and all facilities were also very clean and well serviced.
AustraliaEverything was perfect. This was my second time to stay here and staffs still remembered my name which was pretty cool. The room is big enough for one person. Great Tennis courts, gyms, olympic pools and everything is in the property for your training. The afternoon tea session that was offered for some guests was cute and nice. If you are looking for an athletic holidays, this is the perfect place for that. Local thai restaurant around the facility is also nice.

SingaporeThis was an excellent facility for swim training. They had such a great variety of healthy food, the staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable. I had such a lovely visit to this resort.
