Overlooking the Andaman Sea, Thavorn Beach Village & Spa offers Thai-style bungalows spread across 25-acres of tropical greenery along Nakalay Bay. The fine print
For security reasons, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that third party payments must be arranged directly with the property in advance.
Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while traveling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow, and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 23.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.
Please note that hotel is currently upgrading thier facilities in the location side close to the cable car service area, from today until 08th September 2025. During upgrading the facilities period, we would like to inform you that the cable car service will be temporarily unavailable. However, a shuttle service will be provided as a replacement to ensure your convenience and comfort when accessing the hill zone.
The shuttle service will maintain the same level of efficiency as the cable car to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience during your stay. Should you wish to use the shuttle service during your stay in the hill zone within the mentioned period, please feel free to contact our Front Desk anytime.
The property provides a free schedule shuttle bus to Patong on a daily basis. Guests are required to make an advanced reservation at the reception and each trip has a maximum capacity of 24 passengers.
Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort. The Crocodile Bar & Grill is closed from 1 July 2025 to 15 September 2025
